NextTechnical equipment in Villa Helene
AV and IT equipment must work and must be available. Consequently, one of our meeting coordinators will contact you a few days before your event in order to go through the final program and make sure what equipment you will need for your meeting. On the actual day of your event, a technician will give you instructions on how to use the technical equipment in your meeting room.
Standard equipment in all plenary rooms includes: Projector (LCD), 100 megabyte broadband connection, screen, whiteboard, flip over, conference kit, pen and paper block.
If you require a pc, please book this in advance – the use of a pc is free of charge.
Media training
Villa Helene is ideal for media training. The whole building is equipped with the necessary wiring & cables which enables you to send signals from room to room via a main distributing frame. Shæffergården has 3 cameras, a recorder and a flat screen for rent.
Should you require extra equipment, please book this in advance.
