In Restaurant Wohlert we serve one of the best lunch buffets in Denmark with lots of homemade and interesting dishes and Danish specialities. The selection of dishes vary from day to day, depending on the chefs and the products of the season.
Fish: Herrings in different variations, home smoked fish and shellfish from own smoker
Hot dishes: Meat, fish, poultry, soup, vegetable dishes that varies from day to day
Cold cuts: Homemade salami, sausage and ham
Salad: Interesting mixed salads and salad bar so you can mix you own salad
Cheese: A wide selection of Danish organic cheese
Sweet: Fruit, homemade cakes, tarts, mousse etc. from own kitchen
Served with a larger selection of home baked bread

Organic
In 2012 Restaurant Wohlert achieved the organic food brand in silver, which the Danish Food Administration awards kitchens that can demonstrate that 60-90% of the ingredients are organic.
Organic meat comes from free range animals that have had a good upbringing by Danish manufacturers. The animals are fed with organic roughage, which can not contain genetically modified organisms.
All outdoor animals have had plenty of room to develop their muscles in a natural way. Obviously that is a stamp on the meats structure. We believe you can taste, that the animal has had a good upbringing.
