The management
Mark Flindt is the CEO at Schæffergården the 15th of May 2011.
Anne-Lise Payberg who is matron is responsible for our rooms and the cleaning. Anne-Lise is the person who daily put her personal touch on Schæffergården with flowers and small surprises, she has been with us for 20 years now.
Ove Olsen is the Food & Beverage Manager he has been with the Foundation for more than 22 years. Ove is responsible for our kitchen, restaurant, cooking school, parties and the bar area. Ove has now obtained ‘The Danish Eco Stamp’ which means that we are now 60%-90% eco-friendly.
Helle Ratzau is the one directing the conference center - including booking, reception, sales and marketing. Helle has her roots in marketing and has been with Schæffergården for 4 years.
Steen Maretti is the Financial Manager here at Schæffergården.
Harrie has been employed at Schæffergården for over 25 years and is responsible for technology in meeting rooms, building maintenance and operations, and for the park.
