Breakfast buffet in Café Hammerich with different organic bread, cheese, jam, honey, fruit, coffee and tea. Lunch Buffet (60-90% organic) with cheese and sweet. Afternoon coffee / tea with a selection of house cakes and fruit. Ice water in the classroom.

Single room incl. morning buffet in Restaurant Wohlert. Ice water in the meeting room. Lunch buffet (60-90% organic) with cheese and sweets. Afternoon coffee / tea with a selection of house cakes and fruit. 3 course dinner in Restaurant Wohlert.

Go Green Schæffergården and Villa Helene offers our guests an opportunity to have Green meeting. This option is organically inspired - close to 100% organic. Breakfast rolls on arrival: Homemade buns Fresh berries touched without sugar Green tea and organic coffee Smoothie In the meeting room: Sustainable fruit juices, ice water, cut fruit, müslibar with fruit and nuts and dried fruit. Schæffergården's great lunch buffet: In Restaurant Wohlert we serve healthy and home smoked fish, green salads and other healty dishes. We mark the extra healthy dishes. Afternoon Cosiness: Green tea and organic coffee, carrot cake, healthy nuts and Hypotonic energy drink with orange.

Organic wine menu, per person DKK 600,- Welcome wine - 4 glasses of wine. (possibility of juice menu) Finish with healthy "matcha" - the ultimate green tea.

Prices are incl. VAT and are valid from the 1st of January till the 31st of December 2012.

We have just held an "open space" event in the auditorium with 100 participants and the acoustics were perfect both when one person was talking or when we worked in small groups. The microphone and loudspeaker technique was excellent and we had really good working conditions.
